So you think you can dance? Or at least you’ve always wanted to give it a go. The inter/ACT Street Dance holiday workshop will lead participants through the latest street dance moves, culminating in a performance for friends and family.

A workshop in the latest street dance moves culminating in a performance. The workshops are open to 15 to 18 year olds of mixed abilities. Great for young people living with a disability and their friends and siblings. The workshop will be conducted over 3 days, each session is 3 hours.  An intensive introduction to camera acting techniques that no budding film star can miss. At the end of the workshop you’ll walk away with a tape of your work and a better understanding of how to act for the camera.  Matt comes to the position with a wealth of experience in the theatre and youth sector. He spent 20 years as a professional theatre practitioner in Sydney and was the General Manager of Darlinghurst Theatre Company which he co-founded in 1992.  InterACT was an integrated school holiday workshop program in performance, an initiative of the Powerhouse Youth Theatre. |
