The symposium is convened by Centre for Cultural Research, University of Western Sydney, with the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, and C3West.

Speakers include multimedia artist Sylvie Blocher; Michael Krichman, US Executive Director of inSite, the acclaimed bi-national arts festival that built new networks across the San Diego / Tijuana border; Karin Becker, Professor of Media and Communication Studies at Stockholm University; and Frank Panucci, Director of Community Partnerships at the Australia Council.

C3West is an initiative of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, Campbelltown Arts Centre, Casula Powerhouse and Penrith Performing and Visual Arts. The Centre for Cultural Research at the University of Western Sydney is a research partner in the project. Seating is limited so please register soon to ensure your place.
