ABC's Maintain the rage
Opportunity : National : Open : Maintain the rage is a project that gets your music videos broadcast on ABC’s rage.
If you’ve ever produced a music video, here’s an opportunity to have it shown on rage! Simply contribute your video to ABC Pool’s Maintain the rage project, and we’ll ship it over to the lovely folk at rage who have given us one slot every week for your contributions.
“rage loves getting new video clips. We look for clever ideas, concepts and visually exciting videos which suit and match the accompanying song. A clip doesn’t need to be expensive or glossy to make it onto rage, a simple but effective concept can work very well.” - Sophie, rage
Maintain the rage is also about sharing skills. For example, if you’re an editor looking for a cinematographer, or musician looking for a director, you can contribute your idea, or even submit your works-in-progress. If you want to connect with other creators, you might even start a forum discussion.
How to Contribute
If you have a completed music video, upload it to the project to be auditioned for broadcast. If it’s successful, we will contact you for the high-res version: Videos all need to pass a technical broadcast standard (be the correct frame rate/broadcast quality footage/shot professionally) and must comply with ABC editorial standards (no advertising/branding/defamatory content). More details can be found on the rage submissions page.
Pool has a 50mb upload limit, so compress your clip to upload to Pool but remember to keep a full quality, high-res version in case rage wants to air your clip!
Please note: All music contributions uploaded to Pool must have the artist’s full permission before being published.
